Coming soon the kids art gallery! I am going to make a cute little shop and post my kids art work! Jessica loves all the work I do so I am going to open her own shop! Not professional work but a good way for her to learn how to make money and earn maybe a few bucks and make some yard sale money for the summer!! What do you think?

Insomnia day 23 lol I really don't know what day its been. But not sleeping for weeks I do know that.

So far good news but not out of the woods yet!

We they sent back papers for us to sign and then they have to send us a papers saying the offically accepted our offer on the house. So far it looks good I just don't want to get my hopes up! We get to go back Saturday to tkae measurements and let our family have a walk through. I can't wait for the kids to see it! Jessica is so excited! She can't decided if she wants her own room or not. So more prayers till the process is all complete and the keys are in our hands!

I am a nervous anxious mess!!!

We are still wiating to hear from the bank! Maybe its a good thing we haven't heard anything because maybe they didnt' review the other 2 offers yet and got our in time. Just have to pray the other offers were less lol. We made our the asking price I think we should of went a lil more but o well. I really want this house!

And Melissa my best friend is coming in town this week from Buffalo. I can't wait I haven't had any of my very close friends for over a year now. And with the devorce and miscarrage, getting remarried and losing my job blah blah blah I need a close girlfriend! I cant wait!!

HouseHunting Pray our offer goes through

They say you know a house if ment for you went you walk in you feel it. Thats the feeling I got when I walked the second one we looked at today. I love this house. Kitchen needs remodled and the basement has a bar that needs finished. This home is perfect. A place I can finally call home. We made a good offer to find out they sent 2 offers in on Friday to the bank. (bank owns it) So we went made and uped the offer for the asking price and little more. So hopefully they didn't look at the others offers and get ours first thing Monday morning. I won't be upset because I am a believer things happen for a reason. So if our offer don't go through then its ment to be for a reason. But we are moving in a good direction in the house hunt.

I started to learn to crochet to night! I have a row done but I can't get down how to do a second row. My mom is coming here monday so I am going to see if she can teach me. I was so excited to finally learn how to get started though!! I heard its good for you hands and the ache so I need something to help them. All I want to do is make little blankets to donate to the NICU in youngstown. Then adventually teach the girls to do the same when they get old enough.

Househunting Again

Well we found out the home doesn't qualify for USDA funding. So we are off hunting again. We are looking at 2 homes in Ohio tomarrow and 2 in WV Saturday. And maybe one in PA on Sunday.

So I finally drug out all last summers clothes and sorted them. Going to do my pics tomarrow and list all day Sunday!

I have to get this eaby stuff rolling, etsy is just to dang SLOW!!

Nothing to Blog about but I am bored!

I can not seem to sleep latley!

We looked at a house tonight and I am so in love with it! He is probly making a offer on it tomarrow after we hear back on a differant one in PA first. I love both. The one in PA has a den off the dining room PERFECT for a craft studio with built in shelves. Then the Ohio house has a sunroom on the back off the kitchen all completed and nice and warm and cozy so that would be my new craft room. So I don't mind either one because I will have my own space to work.

The big plus in the Ohio house is move in ready. They only future job is tearing up all the carpet on the main floor. The carpet now is so/so but there is hardwood under all of it. The girls room has a kids 80's style lenolium (sp?) its ok and noone but them will ever see it. That will adventually change though later on. But its all freshly painted and ready to go and comes with all appliances. I am so excited for a house I will never get but one can wish :)

Long Weekend

I am so sleepy. I had a long weekend. All we did is drive around and look at houses. We think we might have found one but we are checking on a few things before placing a offer. I really LOVE this one it has a small room PERFECT for a crafting room/computer room. It would be a dream to have that room. I sat up and made clips all night to take pics of. I have them all listed on etsy right now. It took forever!! I still want to get some tutus done and listed but I just don't have the time.

Aw What a day

Well we found out we are preapproved for a morgage! So we went driving around PA looking around today. It was fun just driving aroun in the country. I am a little nervous living a 45 min from all my friends and fmaily though. I will have to get involved in church or something and meet new mommies or something!!

Reopened my shop 2 days ago and got 2 sales today!

I am so excited! I got my bows as LOW as I can right now. I was just going to do it till March but I am going to just keep them on there at that for now!! Hopefully it will pick up or just stay like this one a day!!

Finally got items listed!

I finally got 13 items listed on etsy right now!! I been trying all week and finally did it!

I was talking to a friend at my old job today and I honestly can say I DONT miss working! I made me see I was totally over worked. I love staying home with the kids but the past few weeks with all these dr appts with me and jaime have been crazy! Next week the same dr appts and stuff I only have Thursday empty!

I am hoping to get ebay stuff listed next week. I have a ton of stuff for summer and spring of the girls. I think I have a few boutique resells to I am not sure I think Jaime will fit into them again this year.

Things went ok

Wel thje testing went ok so I can finally eat lol. Jason took me to ponderosa. We came home and guess who took a nap lol, not me. I am not tired ai thought I would be. My right arm is so sore because they tried to find a spot for my iv a few times with not luck. I go see the gas dr in 2 weeks. He did put me on something for acid reflux for now. My family dr called today to and said my x rays for my hips looked good, well I will have to talk to him about that when I go in a few weeks to see him, they don't lock up and ache for nothing! So alot more appts for me and Jaime jane the next few weeks and hopefully my calander will clear up!


I schudled a home and garden party next month and found out they bought out home interiors! WOW never thought that would happen!! I can't wait to have it I always do so good when I had them before!

I am going to start on some bows tonight finally!

Starting over

Well after having one more miscarrage I decided its time to slow down. I was working so hard being a single mom and working full time. Jason and I decided I will stay home with the kids for now and take it easy. So its been busy at home with the kids getting ready to open back up for business! I have about all my packagin supplies come in. I got some new ribbon this week. So I am thinking starting next weekend I will have my first few things on esty! I will start having a few things on ebay next month sometime. The kids have some really nice set from last year I am going to list. I am still going to stick with Pitter Patters, but my ebay name is Princess*Cottage.

Well since I decided to stay at home and slow down I finally seen a doctor. My sugar is doing great. They thought for sure I had diabetes but they think I was getting gesgational diabetes with my pregnancy. But my family doctor sent me to a specialist for my bleeding when I have a , well um when I go to the bath room, (SORRY LOL) and so I am getting a colonospy tomarrow. Also since I eat tums like they are going out of style I am getting a scope done to. Then Wednesday I get a sonogram done because they think I need my gallbladder out to. So mcuh for slowing down!

On the other hand since Jaime had her tonsils out she has been doing alot better. She is talking more but she has grown to hate yucky things on her hands she flips out! She hasn't been on any meds in about 3 weeks. She does have a weezy cough here and there. I think she is more socila because she is not on all kinds of meds but I have to take her to see the doctor about all this next week sometime. I seen such a change in her I am not thinking autism like before she really has changed big time!
